Accelmed invests in medical device companies post demonstration of feasibility. Our model is to acquire a meaningful equity position in each portfolio company, enabling us to provide our unique strategic value in building state-of-the-art companies.
Accelmed is looking to make investments in private and public companies. The companies and products we invest in must meet the following criteria: - Present a sustainable business model providing a clear and definable competitive advantage in a proven market
- Have market potential of at least $1B
- Be led by an all-star team
- Possess strong intellectual property
- Has clinical or pre-clinical data
- For non Israeli-based companies - demonstrate >$20M LTM sales
